Send us a link, a screenshot or a description. Multiple items in one form is fine.

Quote

We reply within 1 business day with a full price (item + 5% + estimated shipping).

03·step

Payment

Once you approve, we invoice the full quoted amount via PayPal, Wise or Payoneer.

04·step

Purchase

We buy the item from the Japanese seller and have it shipped to our Tokyo warehouse.

05·step

Inspection

We open, inspect and photograph each item. If anything is wrong, we tell you before shipping.

06·step

Consolidation

Multiple parcels are combined into one international shipment to cut your shipping cost.

07·step

Tracking

Real-time tracking by EMS, DHL or FedEx — typically 4–8 days door-to-door to Europe.

Full payment is required after quote approval, before we purchase.

This protects both sides: you lock in the agreed price, and we never advance funds we have not collected.

01 / no surprises

Full quote before payment.

You always see the total (item + fee + shipping) before we ask for any money. No auto-charges, no “we’ll figure it out at customs”. Approve it, or we don’t move.

02 / inspection

Photos of every parcel.

Before consolidation, you receive photos of each item — outside and inside the box. If something is damaged, wrong or missing, we discuss it before the international shipment is sealed.

03 / cancellations

Pre-purchase cancellation — always OK.

Before we buy, you can cancel any line at no cost. After purchase, items are usually non-refundable from the Japanese seller’s side, so we always confirm once more before placing the order.

04 / restricted

What we can’t ship.

Live animals, perishables, alcohol over destination limits, knives over 6 cm, and anything illegal at origin or destination. If you’re unsure, just ask before requesting a quote — we’ll check customs rules for your country.
